For new mountains looking to be added to Eastern Freestyle Schedule:

1. Contact the Eastern Chair with your request.

2. The Scheduling Sub-Committee Chair will contact you upon the Eastern Chair's referral.

3. Once a date has been agreed on, the Scheduling Chair will send you a Meet Agreement Form.

4. Return the Meet Agreement Form before the EFCC Spring Meeting.

5. Send a representative to the Spring Meeting.

6. Return USSA sanction forms to the Scheduling Chair by deadline, November 1.

7. If the sanction form is not returned to the Scheduling Chair by November 1, your mountain will be fined $50 and there is no guarantee that your event will be sanctioned in time.

For mountains looking to continue holding events year to year:

1. Contact the Scheduling Sub-Committee Chair prior to April 1.

2. Once a date has been agreed on, the Scheduling Chair will send you a Meet Agreement Form.

3. Return the Meet Agreement Form before the EFCC Spring Meeting. (May 5, 2007)

4. Send a representative to the Spring Meeting.

5. Return USSA sanction forms by deadline, November 1.

6. If the sanction form is not returned to the Scheduling Chair by November 1, your mountain will be fined $50 and there is no guarantee that your event will be sanctioned in time.

For mountains looking to add events mid-season:

1. Contact the Eastern Chair with your request.

2. The Scheduling Sub-Committee Chair will send new sanction forms to you upon the Eastern Chair's referral.

3. Return the USSA sanction forms, IN THIS INSTANCE ONLY, directly to USSA.
