RE: FIS Rules adopted by FSC Exec

The Freestyle executive committee discussed and adopted the FIS codes
(approved at the fall FIS meeting) with the new DD's and the new FIS
paceset times for all scored USSA events held at all levels.

This will keep the judges in route to an already difficult task. This
does not have an effect on our repeat rules that we have much much
discussion on. Just the codes, DD's and time.

Feel free to forward to all interested parties. You may also receive an
email blast and see it on the USSA website in the next few days.

Bill McNice and Andy Hayes - you may want to forward to your head
judges and TD's.
